Description

Our New AC kit is awesome, after multiple years of development This is truly the best AC kit on the market. We start off with an injection molded case for better flow for the quietest and most efficient ac available. The mounting brackets are isolated to help prevent vibrations in the case making this system even quitter. The controls work great using an exclusive fully electronic microprocessor control system that eliminates cables or vacuum connections. The rotary control switches mount in the dash or other flat panel, with upgrade options for stock type knobs and bezels or aluminum control panels. Separate high-capacity copper parallel-flow heat coil and aluminum plate-and fin-cooling coils provide outstanding performance. Much more efficient cores with the ability to go from hot to cold almost instantly. The blower motor is bigger and quitter, than the older versions pushing enough volume to provide AC to the rear passengers when using our custom Flow through console.

The AC hose kit is minimal and mostly hidden and easier to install. This kit contains all reduced AC barrier hoses, these are smaller in diameter than regular ac hoses and are more flexible. This type of hose is easier to install because it is more flexible and takes up less space in an already tight area.

All kits come with a dryer, the better dryer mounting bracket and a trinary/safety switch to control an electric engine cooling fan if you want to run one.

The condenser is a ultra high efficiency micro tube and fin design making it much more efficient than a standard condenser. Because of it’s design it just fits into a bronco core support, completely filling the space in front of the radiator. We also include a “condenser saver” bracket so that the stock safety latch will not poke a hole in your condenser. (It only takes one test close of the hood to damage it.)

*Depending on the engine or belt system you are using the kit will come with a bracket and compressor for serpentine or V belt configurations. Most kits use the Sandon mini compressor for a more compact look allowing for more AC and radiator hose options.

Evaporator kit includes the evaporator unit and mounting brackets, louvers, duct hose, wiring harness, new in-dash rotary controls, hardware and installation instructions.

The AC kits usually come in 2 to 4 boxes so the shipping will be off, We try to over estimate/charge and refund the difference to prevent shipping delays. Depending on which kit you order we can move things around to reduce the amount of boxes.

For Example if you are getting the kit for our Short dress serpentine (15-00151) we install the compressor on the mounting bracket and still get it in the same size box, eliminating the extra box and shipping. If you are ordering a Soft Top, Roll Cage, Serpentine kit or Center Console, we can quote truck freight and  in most cases is actually Cheaper.
