Before ordering products from BC Broncos, please read the following information, including warranty information and statement of liability. By placing an order to purchase products from BC Broncos, you are confirming that you have read and agree to our warranty and statement of liability.

INTERNET PRODUCT & PRICING POLICY

Due to the constant market changes, prices listed online are subject to change without notice. Additionally, sometimes parts will vary from the picture shown due to slight manufacturing changes and/or different sources.

WARRANTY POLICY

Within 30 days of receiving a product, if you find the product defective or incorrect, return it to BC Broncos. We will repair or replace any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection. Warranty is limited to the cost of the replacement part. Some items purchased from BC Broncos and built by other manufacturers may or may not carry warranties issued by the manufacturer. BC Broncos is not a party to such warranties, and all claims on manufacturer warranties should be made directly to the manufacturer. No further warranties are expressed or implied.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

All items returned to BC Broncos are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Always inspect your order immediately upon receipt to make sure it is correct and undamaged whether you intend to install the product right away or not. Please contact us immediately if your product has been damaged or is not complete.

You may return any item to BC Broncos within 30 days of receiving it. All returns must be shipped in their original packaging and must not have been installed, modified or painted. Please follow the following steps when returning an item:

  1. Call customer service at 830-367-1300 and ask for an RA# (return authorization number). We will not accept any returns without one. This number must appear on the outside of the package you are returning.
  2. Include the following with your return (a) RA# (b) a copy of your original invoice and (c) a note stating why you are returning the item and whether you want a refund, replacement part, card credited or credit on your account.
  3. Insure the return package and pay the shipping charges. We will NOT be liable for items lost or damaged in return shipping. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection by BC Broncos. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED PARTS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED, MODIFIED OR PAINTED. No refunds will be given on shipping or insurance charged unless otherwise determined by our office.

DAMAGED CLAIMS

The carrier is responsible for delivering merchandise in good condition. Therefore you should inspect each package upon delivery and point out any damage to the delivery person and contact BC Broncos immediately. BC Broncos can not replace merchandise damaged in transit if a damage claim has not been made. You must keep the original box and packaging because the delivery company will need to inspect for the claim. It is a good idea to take pictures of the product, the box, and the packaging.

WHO FILES A DAMAGE CLAIM?
If we ship a product to a customer and the package is delivered damaged or is lost, we file the claim after the customer contacts us. If the customer ships a product to us, even if it is a return, they are responsible for filing a claim if the product gets lost or damaged.

 STATEMENT OF LIMITED LIABILITY

Because BC Broncos has no control over the installation and/or other uses of our products, BC Broncos will not be held liable for personal, property, legal, or financial damages or claims stemming from the use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the safety, proper installation, performance, and applicability of these products. Parts should be installed by a professional, competent installer/mechanic. Mechanical techniques, practices, and standards must be observed. If you have any doubts or concerns about the installation, function, performance or proper use of any of our products, please call our tech line before proceeding with the installation or use of the product.

SHIPPING POLICY

BC Broncos ships via FedEx and USPS (First Class and Priority) to the contiguous 48 states. We typically ship USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. The customer pays for shipping. We realize shipping can be costly so we don’t up-charge shipping.

BC Broncos normally ships Ground but we can expedite shipping at your request. At your request, we can ship Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Priority Mail Express, and Priority Mail if that service is available in your area. We will do our best to get you what you want when you want it. As a rule FedEx shipping doubles with each tier starting from Ground to Next Day Air.

Example: Ground $10.00, 3 Day $20.00, 2nd Day Air $40.00, Next Day Air $80.00.

Please note: BC Broncos has no control over shipping once items have been shipped. BC Broncos will not pay premium shipping for any reason.

REFUND POLICY

All items returned to BC Broncos are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We strive to inspect all returns and issue refunds within one week of receiving the return.
