This 5/8″ hose is what you need if you are using a remote power steering reservoir, like on the Explorer serpentine kit, but need to move it due to hood clearance. This hose is designed to not collapse under suction and hold up to power steering fluid – it will not deteriorate or get soft like standard 5/8 hose.
