Description
This third member is 100% NEW, built to to take a beating. This is a no joke, build rated at 1300 HP we have put a great 3rd member together for performance and strength.
We start with brand new US MADE large bore, strange Nodular 3.25″ case and Daytona pinion support to hold the gears and locker. We use a Detroit soft locker to put the power to the road without having to hear the typical banging and popping associated with a standard locker and finish it off with a set of high strength 456:1 gears and bearing set. This is the setup we install in all of our restorations and Coyote builds.
Stock diff cases are not very strong as you can see form some of these pictures. If you start adding more power, running larger tires and lower gears is when the weakness really starts to show.
