Brake function should be thoroughly checked and any problems corrected before the B.C. Broncos Power Brake Booster Bracket is installed. Conditions such as pulling under braking, one wheel lockup, premature rear wheel lockup, low or a soft pedal are indications of brake problems.   Cadillac rear disc brake e-brake adjustment Remove the e-brake cable and spring Push the e-brake lever forward, if the lever moves more than ¼" off back stop you will need to adjust the e-brake. 1. Loosen lever retaining nut 2. Push lever forward as much as possible 3. Remove retaining nut 4. Remove lever 5. Install lever as close to back stop as possible 6. Install retaining nut 7. Brake tech, brake lines

A few things you may need to know about installing a vacuum power brake unit that may not be available in other places.  The first thing is that the 2 brake lines must be in the right position. If they are not correct the pedal will be spongy and have excess travel.  Different manufacturers use the front port for rear brakes, then others use the front port for the front brakes.
