B.C. Broncos has developed the easiest and most complete kit for adding rear disk brakes to your Early Bronco. The brackets will fit any vehicle with a Ford 9" rear end. The key is the B.C. Broncos caliper bracket pictured at right. These brackets are designed by B.C. Broncos and manufactured using precision metal forming techniques, then powder-coated for a long lasting finish. These brackets locate the calipers so they may be bled without removing them from the bracket and rotor—a major improvement over other kits currently on the market. We have created a number of different kits for those who would like to acquire the remaining parts separately and for those who would prefer a complete, hassle-free kit. If you would like to find the rotors and calipers on your own, the applications for each are as follows:

The power brake kit from B.C. Broncos fits the 66-77 Broncos with no fender modification and positions the master cylinder to set level. The bracket is made from 3/16" steel, welded and powder coated. The bracket has been re-designed to allow clearance for all fiberglass hoods, including low profile hoods. The bell crank uses replaceable brass bushings. The bracket is designed to use a 78 Mustang II power booster, and it includes a newly designed brake rod and firewall seal. The bracket can be purchased separately or as part of a kit. The kit includes a new 1 1/8" bore master cylinder and new cad plated power brake booster. This kit works on all drum and disc brake combination.  The booster has a 1 yr. warranty and the M/C has a 3 yr warranty The bracket has a lifetime warranty.

  These brake lines are manufactured to fit our power brake kits, repositioning them against the inner fender out of the way. Steel lines reduce spongy brakes caused by old rubber lines.

A hydraulic lock that uses the line pressure of the system to hold your brakes locked, no electrical or special linkage required. Just step on the foot brake , push the Park-Lok down, let off the foot brake, and it's locked. Step on the foot brake again, and it opens automatically. Holds any vehicle with hydraulic brakes where you put it. With the Park-Lok set, the brake removes all pounding on ring and pinion gears when trailering a vehicle.

 Equip your Bronco with the hottest thing in safe, effective braking since disc brakes! LBS installs easily in the rear brake line and utilizes a unique dampening valve that acts as a shock absorber to sense and dampen the sharp spike in line pressure when the brakes are applied suddenly. LBS improves the brake performance on any car or light truck, even ones with ABS. ABS was designed for panic stops, not high performance driving. LBS will prevent the application of ABS under all but panic stops making the car much more driver friendly. LBS works much better than a proportioning valve and dramatically improves the brake performance of older cars and light trucks that may or may not have one. LBS also works well with disc brake conversions on street rods and 50s-60s cars. Many people install an adjustable proportioning valve to try and balance the brake system and find they don't do the job.
